2. Services and Deliverables
All design, development, and strategy services are delivered under individual project agreements. Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined per engagement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the agreed project fee, all custom deliverables created for the client become the client’s property. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
